Children's Residential Care Leader

CPL Healthcare is partnering with a client to recruit a Person in Charge for a new children's residential service in Ireland. You will lead the service, ensuring safe, therapeutic, and child-centred care in line with HIQA and Tusla regulations.

The role requires strong leadership and a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people. The successful candidate will drive service development, governance, and quality improvement while building a positive, multidisciplinary team culture
