Children's Residential Care Leader - Lead & Transform Lives

Eden Social Care is recruiting a Social Care Leader for our Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow residence. The role focuses on leading shifts, safeguarding children and delivering care in line with individual care and placement plans.

You will support education, document progress, and collaborate with social workers and families while ensuring staff induction and safety standards are met. A Level 7 qualification and CORU registration are required.
