Children's Home Team Leader - Lead Care & Outcomes

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Team Leader for our children's home in Sittingbourne. You will support day-to-day operations, lead shifts, and help deliver high standards of care to young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires safeguarding, care planning support, and collaboration with the management team to drive improvements. Full-time, 40 hours with days and nights; sleep-ins and weekends may apply; driving licence preferred.
