The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
• Experience of managing a children's home or minimum 2 years working within a children's residential home
• Handles pressure with ease
• An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
