Children's Home Leader: Impact & Growth, Mon-Fri

Purosearch Ltd in East Tilbury is seeking a dedicated Children's Home Manager to lead a 2 bed EBD home. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to £60,000 plus bonuses and a pension scheme.

You will drive high standards of care, oversee staff, ensure Ofsted readiness, and deliver positive outcomes for looked-after children. This is a role with real impact in a forward looking independent provider.
