Children's Care Team Leader - Lead & Empower Youth

Swanton-Care-and-Community is seeking a Children's Care Team Leader at Holly House in Bolton to lead day-to-day operations and support children with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with learning disabilities and a passion for enabling independence in young people.

The role involves managing shifts, offering practical and emotional support, and working closely with the service manager. Applicants should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Children's Care or be working towards it. Full-time hours are required.
