The Children's ATM - Assessment Team in Oxfordshire is seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Children's ATM, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and providing high-quality support to children and families. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and risks associated with children and their families.
  • Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to coordinate services and support for families.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in compliance with local and national standards.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you must possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

Qualifications
  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
