Children's AP - Intervention & Planning Team - Barnet

As a Children's AP, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans tailored to the individual needs of children and families.
• Working closely with social workers, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to child welfare.
• Engaging with children and families to provide support, guidance, and resources to enhance their quality of life.
• Monitoring progress and outcomes of interventions, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to case reviews.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A relevant degree in Social Work or a related field, along with registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Experience working with children and families, particularly in a social work or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
