Children in Care Team Lead - Practice & Permanence

Birmingham Children's Trust is recruiting an experienced Team Manager for the Children In Care Team based at One Avenue Road, Aston, Birmingham.

You will lead a team of social workers, provide high-quality supervision, drive care planning and safeguarding practice, and support permanency planning with a trauma-informed approach. The role requires Social Work England registration, a degree in social work, and a driving licence; two days in the office per week.
