Night Deputy Manager - Wisbech£18 per hour Residential Children's Home

Make a real difference while the world sleeps.We're looking for a caring, confident Night Deputy Manager to lead our night team, keep children safe, and ensure our home runs smoothly through the night.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support night staff
• Keep children safe, comfortable, and cared for
• Handle emergencies and make key decisions
• Maintain records and meet Ofsted standards

You'll Need:

• 2+ years in residential childcare
• Level 3 Diploma (Level 5 desirable)
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Calm, confident leadership skills
