Working within a warm, homely residential setting, you will play a central role in supporting, coaching and guiding children and young people aged 5-17. You will help them to attend school regularly, participate in positive activities, develop essential life skills, and build trusting relationships. This includes offering emotional support, helping them navigate day-to-day routines, and encouraging independence in a safe, structured andsecureway.

- Recognising signs of risk, harm or vulnerability

- Promoting children's rights, dignity and voice
- Supporting young people to feel listened to, believed and protected

Your role will involve implementing personalised care plans, promoting positive behaviour, and working collaboratively with external professionals such as teachers, social workers, and healthcare providers. You will also take part in household tasks, contribute to planning engaging activities, and help create a warm and stable environment where each young person can truly feel at home.
