Children & Families Pastor: Lead Kids to Encounter Jesus

Highfield Church is seeking a Children and Families' Pastor to lead and grow the Highfield Kids ministry on Sundays and throughout the week. You will work with volunteers, helpers and parents to build a welcoming community where children encounter Jesus and grow in faith.

The role offers 40 hours per week with flexible patterns; salary £31,000, with £28,000 for those earlier in ministry. Benefits include a 9% pension, generous holidays and development opportunities.
