Childcare Solicitor (2+ PQE) - Staffordshire

Are you an ambitious solicitor with a passion for childcare law? Our highly regarded firm in Staffordshire is seeking a Childcare Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their specialist Family & Childcare team.

The Role:

• Managing a varied caseload of public law children matters.
• Representing parents, guardians, and children in care proceedings.
• Preparing cases and conducting advocacy where appropriate.
• Working closely with colleagues and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

About You:

• At least 2 years' post-qualified experience in childcare/public law children matters.
• Strong advocacy and case management skills.
• A member of the Children Panel (or working towards this) is highly desirable.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
