Child in Need Social Worker - Safeguarding & Support

Ardent Social Ltd is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Children's Services team in Swindon. You will assess needs, plan interventions and work with children, young people and families to secure positive outcomes.

The role requires registration with Social Work England, post-qualifying experience and solid safeguarding knowledge. You will manage a busy workload, maintain records and collaborate with partner agencies to support families.
