Child Care Solicitor - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Child Care Solicitor to manage a caseload of public family law matters, including care proceedings, child protection, and safeguarding cases.

The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation in matters involving local authorities, parents, and children, attending court hearings and preparing legal documentation as required.

Applicants should have strong experience in public children law, excellent case management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling care proceedings and knowledge of relevant family law legislation is essential.

Rate: £60-65 per hour.
