Child & Family Solicitor

We are working with a well-established Cork-based practice that is continuing to grow its highly regarded Child & Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a specialist department known for its advocacy, client care and high-quality family law work.

The role offers hands on responsibility, regular court exposure and the chance to work closely with senior practitioners on complex and sensitive matters.

• Strong advocacy focused family law practice

You will advise and represent clients across a broad range of child and family law matters, including:

• Childcare and child protection proceedings
• District and Circuit Court advocacy
• Family law litigation and advisory work
• Working closely with clients through sensitive and complex cases
• Managing files with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with senior colleagues

• Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in child and family law
• Strong advocacy and court experience
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills
• Empathetic, resilient and professional in approach
