• Lead the design, development, and deployment of trading platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

• Oversee the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance of trading operations.

• Manage and grow the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to understand and meet their technology needs.
