Chief Redevelopment & Transformation Officer

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an exceptional leader to become Chief Redevelopment Officer, a key member of the Executive Team. The role oversees the acute redevelopment programme, including OBC, FBC and delivery phases, across the Trust's main sites, driving transformation and value for money.

The post holder will establish delivery structures, manage investments within budgets, and work with partners on the Watford scheme and local initiatives.
