Job Description
Translate strategic goals into actionable technical requirements and architectural blueprints. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and media landscape trends to continuously improve product architecture. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in Product Architectural or Lead Engineer role.Experience of working and operating in media planning and buying. Fluent in the data and tech language and can work with tech teams and engineers.Proven experience designing and delivering complex software systems, preferably within the media, advertising, or digital content industries. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go).Proven experience of driving product innovation in products and platforms. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP) and their respective services (e.g., compute, storage, databases, messaging).Strong knowledge of database technologies (relational and NoSQL). Experience with APIs and integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, Kafka, etc.).Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with specific media industry technologies (e.g., Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, MAMs).Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) and content syndication. Experience with AI/ML integration into product solutions.
