Chief People Officer: Growth, Culture & Talent

Fisher German LLP is seeking a senior HR/People leader to shape and deliver the people strategy across a 850+ workforce with nationwide reach. Reporting to the COO, you will partner with SLT to ensure talent, leadership, culture and infrastructure align with growth ambitions.

You will operate from boardroom to front line, turning strategy into practical outcomes, and travel across the office network, especially in the first six months, to build relationships and understanding of the business.
