Chief People Officer

Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a private equity-backed, high-performing and rapidly growing professional services organisation based in Dublin to appoint a Chief People Officer.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded and experienced HR leader to shape and deliver the people agenda during a significant phase of growth and transformation, supporting both organic expansion and strategic acquisition activity.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and partners while ensuring purposeful execution across the organisation.

What will you do?
  • Develop and execute a scalable People Strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans, and acquisition activity
  • Lead all people aspects of acquisitions including due diligence, integration planning and cultural alignment
  • Partner with the executive leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning, and future talent needs
  • Enhance the employee experience to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent
  • Implement consistent performance management, talent development, and succession planning frameworks across the organisation
  • Drive employee engagement, communication, and change management through periods of rapid growth and transformation
  • Strengthen leadership capability across senior and emerging talent populations
  • Build a commercially focused, scalable people function to support continued expansion
  • Develop robust integration frameworks and people processes to support future acquisitions
  • Ensure compliant, modern people policies and practices across ROI and NI
  • Oversee the implementation of scalable HR systems and meaningful people metrics
What will you require?
  • Proven experience operating as a Chief People Officer, Head of People or HR Director
  • Essential experience within professional services and or technology-led organisations
  • Demonstrated success in high-growth, scaling environments
  • Previous exposure to mergers and acquisitions activity
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation across both ROI and NI
  • Desirable to have experience in a partner-led or matrix organisations
