Our client is now recruiting for two new roles within their People and OD function.

They are seeking a Chief People Officer to join their Executive Leadership Team. This senior role will provide strategic leadership for all people, culture and organisational development activities. You will shape and deliver a forward-thinking people strategy aligned with the College's mission, values and long-term vision. The successful candidate will champion excellence in leadership, diversity, inclusion, staff wellbeing and employee engagement, ensuring the College attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent to achieve outstanding outcomes.

The Director of People and Organisational Development will lead their People and OD function. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will provide operational leadership, drive staff development and champion equality, diversity and inclusion. You will oversee HR operations, lead change management initiatives and develop strategies to foster a high-performance culture, supporting the College's vision and values.
