Chief People & Culture Leader - Strategy & Change (UK-wide)

The National Trust is seeking a Director of People to lead our people strategy across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. You will shape culture, capability and organisational effectiveness to deliver lasting impact for people and nature.

Travel will be required across the UK, with regular visits to Swindon and London offices. You will join the Executive team, lead a broad people portfolio, and drive transformation to support our 2035 strategy.
