Chief Operations Officer: EMI & Regulatory Operations

Kraken EMI, based in Ireland, seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations and drive regulatory compliance across EMI/PSR frameworks.

You will lead operations, risk management, outsourcing oversight, fraud controls, and technology strategy to support Kraken EMI's growth while ensuring strong governance and business continuity.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to align with Kraken's strategic goals and report performance to the CEO and Board.
