Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance across all business functions.
• Lead and coordinate the senior leadership team to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure their successful execution.
• Develop mid-term business strategies and annual budgets, aligning them with performance goals.
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive sales growth through direct and distributor channels, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Guide marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business development.

Requirement:

• Extensive experience in senior operational leadership roles within the UK, preferably inmanufacturingor related industries.
• Strong expertise in supply chain, sales, marketing, customer service, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at Board level.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills in SME environments.
• Commercially savvy with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
