Chief of Staff, AI-First Operations & Scale

Fleek is building an AI-native operating engine and seeks a senior leader to run it. You will operate closer to a COO than a traditional Chief of Staff, creating the drumbeat for a 200-person organisation across three geographies while scaling quickly and AI-first.

You'll design systems and processes to keep the founders and teams aligned, own investor communications, and build scalable decision-making. This is a senior, high-ownership role at a fast-growing startup.
