Job Description

As the Chief of Staff, you will be the lynchpin connecting a highly technical team building generation-defining technology. You will design the organisational architecture for the next 100 hires, bridge technical and non-technical departments, and lead strategic projects across fundraising and commercial expansion to make synthetic fuels cheaper than fossil fuels.

• Design and implement the organisational hierarchy, communication frameworks, and data flows to ensure seamless scaling for the next 100 employees.

• Identify team bottlenecks and implement rapid up-skilling frameworks while amplifying company culture across all operational areas.

The ideal candidate

• Holds 5 6+ years of professional experience with a strong preference for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.

• Demonstrates brilliant first-principles thinking and the ability to translate complex strategy into flawless operational execution.

• Thrives in a high-stakes, in-person environment and is eager to move at the pace required for a rapidly scaling climate-tech leader.
