Chief Moderation & Community Standards Leader

Athr Network Ltd is seeking a Head of Moderation to oversee moderation across Athr, including Discord communities, connected projects, and future platforms.

This senior role builds clear moderation standards, supports moderators, reviews serious cases, handles escalations, and works closely with HR, Support, Community and Leadership.

The ideal candidate should be fair, mature, organised, calm under pressure, and able to make difficult decisions without bias.
