Chief Financial Officer, UAE

A high-growth TMT company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial function at a pivotal stage of expansion. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, enabling business transformation, and driving sustainable growth in a fast-evolving industry.

Strategic Financial Leadership in a Transforming Sector

• Drive the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with growth ambitions
• Provide commercial and financial insights to the CEO and Board to inform strategic decision making
• Support the evolution of business models and revenue streams, particularly digital monetisation and platform innovation
• Lead on investment planning, cost optimisation, and M&A activity across new and existing markets

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

• Oversee all core financial operations, including FP&A, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and treasury
• Ensure rigorous internal controls and adherence to international accounting standards and regulatory frameworks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with auditors, external advisors, and stakeholders
• Lead risk management frameworks to protect financial health and operational resilience

Executive Leadership & Organisational Impact

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to guide cross functional business planning
• Manage and develop a high performing finance team and foster a culture of accountability and commercial impact
• Represent finance at the board level and engage effectively with external investors and regulatory bodies
• Drive digital transformation within the finance function, integrating modern tools and systems

Chief Financial Officer Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within TMT
• Strong understanding of evolving TMT business models
• Demonstrated success in M&A, investment analysis, and revenue growth strategy
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross functional collaboration skills
• Experience in high growth or transformation environments is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage
