The RSC is at an extremely exciting and critical juncture in its history. With renewed momentum and a revitalised creative vision driven forward by our Co-Artistic Directors, Daniel Evans and Tamara Harvey, we are embarking upon a new future strategy to take us to 2030 and beyond.
With the work on our stages in Stratford going from strength to strength, three shows running in London, and recent and upcoming national and international tours, there is an incredible slate of work upon which the Company's new mission and vision can be built.
Role and responsibilities- Lead the RSC's Finance, IT and Estates functions at a pivotal moment of change.
- Play a key partnership role in shaping and driving significant transformation and growth, capitalising on opportunities and proactively addressing challenges to support work at local, national and international levels.
- Balance artistic and commercial imperatives in line with the charitable purpose of the organisation.
- Demonstrate strategic and systematic thinking, with the ability to move at pace and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrable leadership experience and a track record of driving change and transformation.
- Strong financial literacy with a relevant accountancy qualification.
- Excellent commercial acumen and a collaborative, positive attitude to change.
- Ability to balance diverse priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
