Chief F&B Operations & Franchise Leader

Haven is seeking a Head of Food & Beverage Operations, field-based with regular travel to our parks and Hemel Hempstead HQ. This senior role deputises for the F&B Director and shapes the future of F&B across 38 seaside parks.

You will lead a team of managers, ensuring park teams have the insight, tools and partnership to meet Balanced Scorecard targets and drive operational excellence. You will be a trusted voice with our senior leadership and Board, presenting performance, shaping strategy and
