Based in Carlow Town and reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer / Artistic Director will shape artistic direction, drive strategic ambition, strengthen organisational performance and grow VISUAL's profile and audience impact at local, national and international level.

The Chief Executive Officer / Artistic Director will foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in support of VISUAL's artistic vision, long-term sustainability and civic impact.
