Chief Data Governance Officer - Financial Services - £250,000 + 50% Bonus

An executive leadership opportunity to impact a global Financial Services leader as their first Chief Data Governance Officer. The role requires operating at Group level within Financial Services, spanning multiple business offerings and organizations to align data governance and standards across the group.

Responsibilities

• Bring together the business units under one umbrella to ensure consistent data behavior and standards across the group.
• Lead at executive level and collaborate with C-Suite & Managing Directors; engage third-party partners as needed.
• Build out the data governance function, including heads of each area of the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience at a Group level within Financial Services is preferred.
• Executive-level interaction with senior leaders; ability to influence across the organization.
• Ideally a Data background, but this is not essential.
