Compliance Professionals is seeking a Head of Compliance for a UK banking client. The role is an SMF16/17 position, managing a small team and reporting to senior governance bodies.

You will steward the bank's regulatory compliance, AML, data protection and governance framework across FCA, PRA and international requirements. The role demands strong leadership, regulator engagement, and the ability to translate regulatory change into robust policies and effective controls.
