Chief Compliance & AML Oversight Leader

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the regulatory compliance framework and AML/CTF arrangements across the business and its overseas operations.

The role covers SMF16 & SMF17, reporting to the Managing Director and accountable to the Board, with responsibility for ensuring FCA rules, Consumer Duty and risk-based monitoring are embedded in day-to-day operations.
