Chief Compliance & AML Oversight Lead

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking a Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance and to establish, maintain and oversee AML/CTF arrangements.

The role involves acting as SMF16 (Compliance Oversight) and SMF17 (MLRO), ensuring FCA rules, Consumer Duty, and regulatory requirements are embedded across the business, including outsourced activities and overseas representation.
