Job Description

St Michaels Hospice is seeking a Care Services Director to provide strategic leadership across care services, guiding the Care Strategy and ensuring safe, person-centred, sustainable care. The post holder will lead system integration, workforce planning, and regulatory readiness as CQC Nominated Individual across Herefordshire.

You will deliver transformation programs, partnerships with system partners, and act as senior advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board, shaping local policy
