The Role

As Chef, you'll take ownership of your section, helping deliver consistently high-quality dishes while working as part of a talented and passionate brigade.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food to company standards.
• Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintaining excellent food presentation and portion control.
• Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety standards.
• Supporting stock rotation, ordering and deliveries.
• Assisting with menu preparation and daily specials.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members where required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• A genuine passion for producing great food.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure.
• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
