About the Role
Across our three sites, LED chefs are at the heart of delivering exceptional food and memorable hospitality experiences. Depending on your location and level, you'll be:
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to high standards across cafés, restaurants, sports bars, and airport food outlets
Supporting smooth kitchen operations , ensuring consistency and quality
Keeping our kitchens safe, clean, and efficient , following food safety guidelines
Managing stock , rotating produce, and reducing waste
Bringing creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings
Working with an energised, collaborative team to deliver outstanding service to locals, holidaymakers, and thousands of travellers
_Airport roles may include early starts (from 2:30am) to meet flight schedules._
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking chefs of all levels, including Commis , Chef de Partie , and Sous Chef , who are:
Experienced in a busy kitchen environment (hospitality, catering, or similar)
Passionate about producing high quality food
Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
Positive, proactive team players
Motivated to learn, grow, and support others
Flexible and excited to work across varied kitchen styles
Qualifications (desirable but not essential):
Level 2 Food Safety
NVQ Level 2 / BTEC in Professional Cookery
First Aid at Work
Experience with menu planning or kitchen costings
