Chef/Cook

Chef/Cook required for our care home in the beautiful location of Strete in Dartmouth.

Here at Hyne Town House we like to provide our residents with a varied menu of nutritious home cooked food, using local produce and fresh seasonal vegetables. Catering for individual needs and providing as much choice as possible for our lovely residents.

We are looking for a Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team, with the Chef, jointly providing cover 7 days a week, 365 days a year. So flexibility working weekends, bank holidays etc is essential.

Duties will include home cooked breakfast, lunches and the preparation of supper items as well as a delicious array of home baked cakes and goodies to tempt our residents

We currently cater for 32 residents as well as staff so someone confident cooking for a large number of people is required.

You will be supported by our KP's who assist in the kitchen and enjoy all the support and assistance from our care staff and management team.

Please be aware we are in a rural location with limited public transport so a car driver would be preferred.
