Chef Supervisor - Lead Kitchen, Quality & Team Growth

Sodexo UK is seeking a Chef Supervisor to lead busy kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, hygiene and service for our customers. You will manage day-to-day cooking, supervise a catering team and uphold safety standards in line with company policies.

You'll use the Sodexo online recipe and ordering system, drive cost control and stock management, and mentor staff to deliver a positive dining experience across shifts.
