Chef Patissier Join our award-winning kitchen team and showcase your creativity in the pâtisserie of one of Switzerland's most prestigious luxury hotels. With a passion for exquisite craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality, you will delight our international guests with masterful creations.Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the pâtisserie at the highest level - from à la carte and banquets to afternoon tea and innovative dessert creations
- Develop and implement creative, seasonal dessert concepts while incorporating current trends and maintaining top-quality standards
- Manage, motivate, and train a dedicated team of pâtissiers (2 employees)
- Work closely with the kitchen and F&B management to continuously enhance our culinary offerings
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality regulations according to HACCP standards
- Start: per 01.06.2026 circa

- Several years of experience as a Chef Pâtissier or Sous Chef Pâtissier in luxury 5-star hospitality

- languages: English and Italian, German is a Plus
