Reliefs Chefs needed in Cork and the surrounding areas for Monday to Friday Morning Shifts

We are looking for chefs of all levels for some varying roles in Cork and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for Monday to Friday shifts 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm then this is the role for you. Perfect work life balance, and weekends off.

Please note there are no visa opportunities with this role.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• To prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness.
• To adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on site.
• To adhere to any SOPs set out on site.
• Assist with menu planning to ensure gross profit margin is achieved.
• To ensure the highest standards in stock control, portion control and quality control.
• Provide professional customer service when needed and respect to all other staff within the kitchen/restaurant.

Ideal Candidate

• 1-2 years proven track record in a professional kitchen or catering kitchen environment
• All relevant food safety certificates along with manual handling
• A passion for food and service
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
