Chef: Menu Innovator & Quality Kitchen Lead

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Chef to provide high-quality food for Defence on a full-time basis (35 hours per week). You will prepare and serve meals, oversee menus, and help promote excellent customer service across a Defence catering environment.

You should hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team in a similar role. A flexible approach to working is essential.
