Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Shift pattern: Monday Friday, 7 00, 40 hours per week
Location: 22 Bishopsgate, EC2N 4BQ
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the catering account, taking full ownership of day to day hospitality operations across 12 meeting rooms, ensuring a seamless and high quality service delivery
- Remain hands on in the kitchen, producing high quality, creative food for a discerning client base, with a strong focus on presentation and consistency
- Plan and deliver meeting room catering and occasional evening events (1-2 per month), ensuring client requirements are met to a premium standard
- Manage and develop the FOH Supervisor, fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment
- Build strong relationships with the client, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards, ensuring a safe and well organised kitchen environment
