Chef Manager: Lead Kitchen, Team & P&L (Weekdays)

Chartwells Independent is recruiting a Chef Manager for a Weekdays Only role in Feltham. You will run the catering operation with a hands-on approach, balancing cooking with business leadership, client relations, budgeting and service delivery.

You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, fresh food and exceptional service while maintaining compliance and strong financial controls. The role is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with a salary up to £29,000 depending on experience.
