Chef Manager: Lead Kitchen, Menu & Client Relationships

Compass Group UK&I in Leyland is seeking a hands on Chef Manager to lead the site catering operation. You'll manage menu planning, team leadership, client relationships, and financial performance, delivering high quality food and service.

Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with weekend coverage as needed to meet business demands. This role offers a salary up to £32,364 per annum, plus a free meal on shift and access to the onsite gym.
