Chef Manager

Enhance Catering is supporting a valued client in recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the catering operation at one of there multi-outlet education establishments. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, hands on chef who enjoys leading a team, working with fresh ingredients, and delivering a high quality food service.

You will be an experienced Chef Manager or Strong Head Chef ready to step up, with excellent cooking and people-management skills. You take pride in running a well organised, efficient kitchen and are confident producing high quality meals at volume.

What You'll be doing

• Lead and manage a team of 11 staff
• Catering for approx. 1,000 covers daily across breakfast, morning break & lunch service (3 outlets)
• Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
• Manage, motivate, and develop the catering team
• Ensure full compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and due diligence requirements
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with onsite stakeholders and clients
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation

What Is On Offer

• Industry Leading Pay Rates - £35,000 to £37,000 per annum
• Working Hours - 45 hours per week 6.30am to 3.30pm

Essential Requirement for this role:

• Commute time within an hour of Bromley
• Stable career history i.e. longevity in a full time Head Chef or Chef Manager role (ideally high volume B&I or Education)
