Chef Manager - Secondary School

Location: New School in the Milton Keynes MK3 Area

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working Hours: 7am-4:30pm (45 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)

Pay: £35,000 per year

Responsibilities

As an experienced Chef Manager, you will cook using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, manage the kitchen and liaise with onsite clients. You will head up the team, ensuring smooth service and compliance with all due diligence requirements.

Qualifications

We're open to people with strong cooking and people management skills, with experience as a Chef Manager handling volume cooking, team leadership, and client liaison. Demonstrated ability to manage food safety and adhere to food standards is required.
