Chef Manager - Lead Busy Workplace Dining Team (Mon-Fri)

Gather & Gather is recruiting a Chef Manager for Arla in Lockerbie. You will lead the day-to-day kitchen operations of a busy workplace catering service, serving 100-150 covers per day, with a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:00.

You will manage three staff, ensure food safety, oversee menus and stock, handle supplier relations and drive cost control to meet budget. A driving licence and vehicle are essential for this Lockerbie-based role.
